1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Chennai Online Shopping (GKV Online Store) and authenticating via mobile number and OTP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
2. Account & Mobile Authentication
Your primary account credential is your 10-digit Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of verification codes received on your registered device. Any order placed under your verified mobile number is presumed authorized by you.
3. Orders & Delivery
All grocery, pantry, and provision orders are subject to product availability and serviceable pincode verification within Chennai. Delivery time slots and order confirmations are communicated via SMS, WhatsApp, and your account dashboard.
4. Pricing & Invoicing
All prices listed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. Tax invoices are generated electronically and can be downloaded in standard or thermal PDF formats from your order history.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch through your account orders page. For quality-related issues with delivered grocery items, please notify customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
